Jesus Is Resurrected From The Dead

We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you, because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.

Consider that Jesus had been dead for three days. And early on that Easter morning, angels rolled away the tomb's stone and Jesus rose from the dead.

My beloved Jesus, I'm always very careful with my life. I take all the precautions possible to prevent any fatal accident; not so much because all life belongs to you and you alone can take it away from me, but because I'm afraid to die. Teach me Lord that I should no longer fear death because you have conquered it.

I love you, Jesus, my love, more than I love myself. With all my heart I am sorry that I have offended you. Never let me be separated from you again. Grant that I may always love you, and then do with me what you will. I accept everything that pleases you.
