 From the desk of the Grand Knight

The attendance raffle was won by Lionel Dealmedia, but he was not present. Next month it will be $220.00. Br. Wayne Mulac won the 50/50 raffle and donated it to the Vocations Fund.

There is a First Degree event on the second Wednesday of every month and another one on the fourth Wednesday every month providing there are candidates.

The next Dinners at St. Therese will be on September 13, and October 11th at 6:30 PM.

On September 20th, we will celebrate our 25th Anniversary with a Dinner and Dance. The meal will consist of  roast pork and  dumplings.

We can still use more workers at Bingo. Even if you can't come every week, we would appreciate your contribution of time for this important event.

Installation of Council Officers and Assembly Officers & Dinner will be October 18th at 6:30 PM.

As discussed at our last meeting, the newsletter will now be mailed to all members who attend the meetings regularly. For all other members, the newsletter will be emailed to them bi-monthly if we have their email addresses.

September 11th is World Peace Day which has been established by the Supreme Knight. At the September 8th meeting, we  will hold a Prayer Service to celebrate the occasion.
