Darcy Lolley Of D.O.E. Argues In Favor Of FTL
Darcey works for the Florida D.O.E. and Health Education. She explains why the state of Florida changed its stance on abortion education. Her basic argument is that the state of Florida, in the early nineties, ageeed that abortion was taught (and how it was taught) in schools was a "local" issue.

Petitions Submitted To Florida D.O.E.
It was tough to get the D.O.E. to simply state the facts; that is, that pro-life material is perfectly legal in our schools. Very important. We actually petitioned the D.O.E. to simply give us an explanation of state law after the Casey Decision.

Florida D.O.E. Officials Concede
Finally, the Department of Education has the gumption to put it in writing that life ethics can be a part of the school curriculum if the local board and community so choose to do so.
